Abhisheka of Their Lordships
The utsavar Deities of Sri Radha Govinda, are anointed with fragrant oils and given ceremonial abhisheka with auspicious items like milk, yoghurt, ghee, honey, sweet water and fresh juices. They are then smeared with turmeric paste and bathed in Ganges water. Varieties of flowers are showered until the Deities are submerged in a soft bed of flowers.
An elaborate abhisheka to Sri Sri Radha Govinda will be performed at 9 PM on 16 Aug 2025. We invite you to visit the temple to witness this sublime event on this most auspicious day and be blessed.

- Experience the magnificent abhisheka ceremony of Sri Sri Radha Govinda on 16 Aug 2025, from 9 PM onwards. Join us for a spectacular midnight abhisheka followed by an enchanting Arati to Sri Sri Radha Govinda at 12 midnight. The festivities continue with a grand Pallaki Utsava.
- A medical facility and basic aid are arranged on the premises. An ambulance will be present for any emergency.
- Senior citizens can use the wheelchair facility which is available throughout the day.

- Their Lordships Sri Radha Govinda will receive an elaborate abhisheka at 9 PM on 16 Aug 2025. The festivities continue with a grand Pallaki Utsava.
